Eligibility and Entry

This skill-based raffle is open only to registered users of NipponPlays.com aged 18 or older. Each user may purchase up to five entries per raffle. Entry fees are non-refundable and processed securely via WooCommerce and PayPal, with Google reCAPTCHA protecting against spam and fraud. The raffle runs until all entry slots are filled or one month passes, whichever comes first.

Judging and Winner Selection

Winners are selected based on the submitted answers meeting the correct solution criteria. The earliest entry with a fully correct answer will be declared the winner once the raffle closes. If multiple entries are equally correct, the winner will be the one whose answer was submitted first. Winners will be notified by email within seven days of the raffle closing and must claim their prize within 14 days. If the prize is not claimed within this period, it will be forfeited and another winner will be selected and contacted via email. NipponPlays reserves the right to disqualify any entries that violate rules or show fraudulent behavior to ensure fairness.

Use of Funds and Liability

Entry fees cover prizes and administrative costs; profits may be reinvested in the company or future raffles. NipponPlays is not liable for technical issues, payment errors, judging disputes, or prize delivery delays. Participants agree to indemnify NipponPlays against claims related to participation or prizes.

Data, Communication, and Amendments

Personal data is handled per NipponPlays’ Privacy Policy, retained for at least 12 months, and processed securely. Participants consent to raffle-related emails, including notifications and promotions, with marketing opt-outs available. NipponPlays may amend, suspend, or cancel raffles or this policy at any time with website notice. The raffle is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
