At this time, we do not offer customers the option to choose a preferred shipping method at checkout. Instead, we automatically select the most efficient and reliable option based on the destination, item type, and stock location (UK or Portugal).
Our priority is to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery, while minimizing delays and potential customs fees whenever possible. We work exclusively with trusted couriers and tailor the service depending on the contents and value of the order.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and will vary depending on the total weight and delivery destination. We aim to provide fair and transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the following locations:
United Kingdom
European Union (EU)
Orders may be fulfilled from either our UK or Portugal inventory, depending on item availability and destination.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Packaging and Handling
All items are securely packed to ensure safe transit:
Trading cards are sleeved and top-loaded.
Figurines, consoles, and electronics are bubble-wrapped and boxed securely.
Split Shipments
If your order contains items from multiple locations (e.g., UK and Portugal), your items may be shipped separately. You will receive tracking information for each parcel.
Customs and Duties (EU Orders)
If your order ships from the UK to an EU destination, customs charges or VAT may apply upon delivery. These fees are the customer’s responsibility. We aim to minimise this by using EU-based stock when possible.

NipponPlays is not responsible for courier-related delays or delivery errors. However, we are happy to assist you in contacting the courier or tracking your package if needed.
